First of all, the whole place smelled of burning marijuana and stinky feet. What seemed like panhandlers hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. Second, it’s super outdated . This is not necessarily a problem for me, but it was so outdated that it felt dirty and gross, even the pillows felt like they were years old and super used. Upon check-in and on the hotels.com listing, I was told there would be a continental style breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. The reality was, it was solely a coffee maker and a couple miniature prepackaged muffins. Those were not even available until I asked. You get what you pay for I guess. But at the very least, I should have been given what I was told on the Hotels.com listing, or by the attendant that checked me in on that evening. This place gets a negative star from me.

We did not use the kitchen as we only stayed one night. The room smelled overly like to much smoke and my family had a hard time breathing. I had to wear a mask to sleep so as not to breath the smell in. There was no wash clothes in the bathroom to wsh up with. Just a bar of soap and little bity bottle of shampoo. The condition of the kitchen and tables I would not use as there were in poor condition. I would not recommend this property to families who want a clean environment.

The room was invested with roaches, the entire hotel smelled like weed, and their was hair on the toilet seat. The hotel was filthy! We had to change rings three times and ended up checking out a day early. We had to pay more for another hotel because it was last minute.

The room was spotless. The front desk courteous Alysha and Sandra did a grat jo. Thry wirked very hard to kee things goin in the absence of a manager. They were super good.

Staff was very nice the hotel was what I would expect for the price however online it does say hair dryers are available and at this location they no longer have any at the front desk also they stated the grab and go breakfast bar would also have oatmeal and grits and every time when I went out in the morning neither of those were available and the muffins where gone almost every time so I wouldn't count on breakfast the room was comfy and clean for the most part the fridge was a little rusty and the door swung the wrong way in my opinion but that's not a huge deal the one thing that was kind of gross was I did see a roach on the kitchen counter my second night there so that wasn't pleasant and made me triple check my stuff and that I wasn't sleeping with any or taking any home but other then that it's a pretty fair priced hotel for a roof over your head and a place to sleep

Check-in was smooth. Getting to the room was awful. The 3rd floor smelled of marijuana. When we got to room, the trash can was not emptied from the previous occupant. We put the trash can outside the door and reported it to the front desk clerk. It was never picked up. The shower plumbing was not working properly and we could feel all the coils in the mattress. I almost fell out of the desk chair. One of the 5 foot rollers was missing. The only positive thing I can comment on is that the location was convenient to Universal Studios.

The property and room was clean! Great budget hotel and room had a kitchen which was a bonus! It was easy to find and access interstate and it was right next to universal! If you stay here try Junior Columbia burger it’s Amazing, it’s like three min down the road. Lots of dogs at this accommodation as well and I loved to see that!! It made me feel very welcome and it made it feel like home
