our stay was great. The hotel was very beautiful when we first got there. Front desk was very helpful and sweet. The only time I have an issue was when we came back at 4 o'clock in the morning simply asking the front desk lady if the pool was open she paused, looked at us with a mean face and rudely said no, and then in the morning time when we woke up the cleaners woke me up early because she mistakenly knocked on my door at 9:30 AM. Check out is at 11 and then they were being super loud in the hallway while people were still trying to sleep, which I thought was very inconsiderate, but besides that I love hotel Landy and I will definitely be back

This was a cute hotel, and a great location. Very convenient to anything Universal. However, it does seem a bit unorganized. Towels are never stocked by the pool, the drink truck outside is rarely manned and their equipment is not working properly (aka frozen drink machine and credit card processor). We didn’t get to check into our hotel until after 5 PM. The rooms are very spacious. The restaurant for dinner just does not seem feasible, it’s in a lobby of what looks like a regular other hotel chain. For breakfast and lunch, you have to order at the Starbucks counter take a number and sit down. That also seems like it’s messy and unorganized. There were times that the gift shop was not open as well.

There was a bank of 2 elevators , one of which was out of service and the other had an inspection certificate that expired in august of 24. A 10 minute wait time for an elevator during peak time was common

Everything was great overall, very nice lobby and amenities. Our bathroom showers handle was loose and we call the lobby to advise them on what was happening. They stated someone would come up to fix it, but no one showed up. Aside from that, the stay was great.

The outdoor space was lovely, but repairs and upkeep much needed. Loose pavers around the pool. Dirty bandaid next to the hot tub for 5 days. Mold and water damage in our bathroom and around windows inside of our room.. We had to search out housekeeping to provide an adequate number of towels ( we were provided 2 for 4 people ) and toilet tissue. It was comfortable and adequate for our needs, but definitely overrated.
