This hotel has bad customer service the rooms aren’t well prepared every time I go the there’s no towels bugs bit me the blow dryer is messed up no irons they have coffee with no coffee maker the bed spread smells like bleach an very old the workers seems like they speak no English when I ask them for towels they don’t understand I call the receptionist for towels she get the mind today to me come an get the towels at the front desk is this why we pay for rooms for inconvenient or convenience my god this place is r Terrible

Bad customer service

I Accidentally booked this place thinking it was in New Jersey bc it was one of the first hotels recommended to me nearby. Didn’t realize Untill the night before that the hotel was in west orange NY. I called hotels .com I called this hotel and hotels.com said they would help me they promised me to not stress. The hotel was unreachable every-time I called. Hotels.com didn’t stick by their word and they called and wrote this hotel an email and they just denied my request for A refund or even a partial refund. It was so far from where I needed to be for Thanksgiving I wasn’t going to even check in at all. Needless to say I received no refund, no partial refund -not even credit ! The hotel refused to even talk to me or explain why they couldn't help me.

A very "Tired" hotel.

I stayed four nights in this hotel. There was a small shop by the check-in desk, that was the ONLY catering I saw. Upon arrival I was allocated to room 207. Immediately, I noticed a complete lack of towels and the room had not been vacuumed. I asked for these things to be remedied and they were within the hour. Overall, this hotel is "Tired". It needs complete renovation and updating as soon as possible. Finally, the price is too much for what one receives.
