This home offers a private escape for those seeking tranquility and nature. Gather in the living room to share stories and play games. Enjoy coffee and a good book from the screened-in porch. In the back yard, roast marshmallows around the campfire, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Conveniently located, this home is just 8 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village, 13 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park, 5 miles from charming downtown Oneonta. Sleeps max of 6 (includes sofa)

In this neighborhood, homes are spread out amongst the forest, a few miles outside of town. It's quiet and serene.

The main floor features kitchen, dining and living rooms plus a half bath and access to the screened porch, deck and yard. The upstairs has a full bath and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king, one has a queen and one has a twin sized bed. There’s also a pack’n play travel crib and one person can sleep on a sofa in the main floor living room. The finished basement contains another living room and kids play space. The back yard features a propane bbq grill, fire pit (bring firewood and s’mores ingredients with you!) and plenty of open space.

You'll want a car to get around. There is ample parking in the driveway.

The property was as described. The kitchen was well stocked other than having extra paper towel rolls and there were quite a few cobwebs and dust throughout but overall it met our needs and we were happy with the location.

Quiet place in the woods

This is a quaint house with all the amenities. It is very quiet and in the woods. If you’re looking for solitude - this is the place. The house is well maintained but on the aging side. The host was fantastic and quick to respond .
