Welcome to Omaha! You can walk out your door and be in the heart of Midtown, Turner Park and the Blackstone District quickly.

Nightlife, top restaurants in the city, and many other services (including a grocery store) are within blocks. You will experience the city sounds and feel, and be able to retreat to your sanctuary in the historic 3000 Farnam building.

Local universities and medical centers are also very close - and anywhere else you want to go is a quick Uber.

The space--
This remodeled keyless-entry one-bedroom apartment is all just for you. Designed with stays of any length in mind, guests will find everything they need for two nights or 20 nights.

The balcony has amazing seating and views of Turner Park (free concerts, anyone?).

All the amenities you can think of are included in this spacious apartment.

Building security is easily accessed by guests, and you will note security at the building, floor and apartment door levels.

Parking is available on-site, if you bring a car. You'll find that most everything in the immediate area is walking distance.

Nice condo to stay in for 2 people! Park was lit up at night and looked beautiful. Wish it was summer with some warmer weather to enjoy it but would definitely stay here again….

Enjoyable Stay!
Procees was smooth. Owner did communicate in a quick manner. There was trouble getting the Fob and she was on it! Very friendly. The place was inviting, clean, little snacks was a nice touch. Living room was cozy. Balcony was nice although the rain kept us from being able to sit out there. Bedroom was inviting as well. Bed and the bedding was very comfortable. I would give more then 5 stars if I could. I will recommend and will definitely stay again if in omaha again!

Amazing balcony. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Courteous, professional service.
Had car trouble my first night. Needed to extend my booking several times. Mike and Amber were very helpful in meeting my needs while I was waiting completion of auto repairs. I'd definitely stay again.

Old condo building in a good location. Picture from the patio is a bit misleading. You can see the park, but only at an angle. Property has a musty smell that the owner tries to mask with air fresheners. AC is weak, so be careful if you're going in the summer. We needed the fans in the unit, but only one of the two fans worked. On-site parking is closed, so you need to park in an adjacent lot, which wasn't a problem. Minimal dishes and utensils, but OK if it's just 2 people
