Thought the carpeting in the hall was ugly and looked worn, but probably was not. And the air conditioning handlers' return was near the 4th floor elevators and was VERY loud. The place was a very nice hotel overall and the room, bed and staff were very good.

We arrived at about 5:00 P.M. and 1 of our rooms was not ready. Check-in being at 4:00 P.M. was not adhered to and since I had informed you by e-mail what time our plane would be landing I was disappointed. I also had requested a Handicap room for an elderly woman companion. She was very afraid of slipping because there were no assistance bars in the shower.
