Thought the carpeting in the hall was ugly and looked worn, but probably was not. And the air conditioning handlers' return was near the 4th floor elevators and was VERY loud. The place was a very nice hotel overall and the room, bed and staff were very good.

We arrived at about 5:00 P.M. and 1 of our rooms was not ready. Check-in being at 4:00 P.M. was not adhered to and since I had informed you by e-mail what time our plane would be landing I was disappointed. I also had requested a Handicap room for an elderly woman companion. She was very afraid of slipping because there were no assistance bars in the shower.

Don't appreciate the fact that I can't accrue any MARRIOT points except for incidentals, since I made my reservation through Travelocity.

Nice place to stay!

Pros: The staff, the location, area shopping and dining!
Cons: The outdoor pool area needs a huge facelift.
Location: Upscale mall and dining. Close to the world famous zoo and area schools.
Great staff and nice hotel, currently going through minor renovations. Impressed by all the staff working at the front desk. Had a small room issue and they were quick to resolve it and make things right! I took my son to school here over the weekend and will be sure to return for all upcoming visits!

Great staff!

Pros: Staff, lobby bar and dining room
Cons: Update the rooms and carpets!
Location: Mall close by, quick trip downtown.
The hotel was for a last minute trip for the College World Series. Nice hotel, in need of some updating. The lobby was bright, and had a nice bar and restaurant . The rooms were spacious and clean, but a bit tired. Overall an okay experience with wonderful, friendly, helpful staff.

It was comfortable and close to work. I'm a little disappointed that drinking water bottles are charged. Seems like a deterrent in the overall customer experience
