The room was in good condition though it took a bit for the A/C to cool the room down. Staff was friendly. Didn't see beforehand that they recently started charging for parking (unless part of a group or certain corporate perks benefit) or probably would have chosen a different hotel. A little inconvenient to have to go to the front desk and wait to ask for ice rather than having a machine on the floor that guests could get it themselves, but overall a decent overnight stay!

This will be my final stay with Marriott. This location is very aged. Elevators go up most of the time even when you pushe the down arrow, never anyone there to get on. Room service via moble app not working when i tryed to call down phone was not workimg in room. Had to go to front desk to order told them about my phone not working was told that i would have to talk to the manager tomorrow "Matt" will be in at 10 in the morning. The heater in the room was eather hot hot or not at all. The rooms are very small hardly large enough for 2 beds but has a desk entertainment center and couch crowed in it. The exhaust fan the the bath room sounded like a jet and can not be shut off. The bathroom was recently remodeled and room and common area was clean. But i would avoid staying here at all cost.

Good property, but definitely left a bad impression Room was good, property well kept. An issue I did not appreciate was when they sprung a “hey we have a fee for parking now… if you scan this ticket, you can have it comp’d”. When I scanned the QR code, it took me to their travel program sign up web-page. Cheap hack and shame on you as a company- yep, this how some businesses embed extra fees to make money, but just be honest about the actual cost if you really want to charge $20 more for the property.

The Marriott corporation in their management treated us like dirt tonight they made us feel like scum. Marriott walked out 16 Expedia reservations tonight so that they could accommodate reservations with higher pricing. They definitely demonstrated their focus on profitability instead of customer service. We did not feel appreciated and it certainly reflects upon the integrity intent of the corporation and its owners. They would not even work to apply the industry standard of finding us a different hotel room in the city that was comparable or better. They just told us it was too bad and we needed to contact Expedia. The team behind the desk did an excellent job; but Marriott ownership and management did not put them in a best position.
