Not a great stay

The lobby and breakfast area was nice, very clean, however, pool area needed a cleaning in a bad way. We always were asking/waiting on towels from the pool. The room we stayed in smelled like it had not been cleaned in a month, very musty smell. Ran out of basic necessities for our room - had to go to the front desk and request numerous items. Expecting our room to be cleaned during the day while we were out, at least new towels and trash taken out and nothing happened. Do better!

Poor condition of the facility. Room had wallpaper and part of the spackle falling down. Room wasn’t cleaned. The tub was filthy and had hair in it still. Bottles under the bed. Something spilt on the bathroom floor and wasn’t cleaned up. On the positive side. The staff are amazing people. So nice and helpful. Just poor cleaning staff.

Decent, quiet room at a fair price… slight damage to the room’s (509) shower… It was reported. Adequate breakfast… all in all it served it’s purpose and I would stay there again.

Contental breakfast was great the man at the desk was always there covering for someone else shift and was very friendly beds were very comfortable and room was quiet would definitely stay there again next time we come to Omaha

There was no hot tub like pictured in the photos. There also was no towels in the pool area even though I was told the front desk person was going to go get some. Waited for 30 minutes and he never came back. Also there were a few times I'd go to the front desk to ask for something and there'd be no one there to help.
