The staff was great. The room was okay. There was mold in the grout of the shower and shower curtain.

The pool was closed and has been for an extended period of time but the website does not say it was closed, we were not warned when the room was booked and there was nothing mentioned at check-in. We showed up at the pool with a 3 and 4 year old only to find it closed. In the few minutes we were by the pool entrance , two other families showed up ready to swim so it is obvious they are hiding the closure so it will not lower their occupancy. Never would have booked if we knew there was no pool.

Our TV would not work so we called and they said they Would send someone right up but no one ever Showed. After waiting for 1 hour we just went to bed

Starbucks was a nice addition but they closed several hours before they were supposed to so we missed out on that too
