Parking area was full off pot holes and broken up asphalt. The mattress was chewed up on on corner and sheets didn’t fit. Furniture was chipped and damaged. No towel rods in bathroom. Several outlets and lights didn’t work. Alarm clock didn’t work. Refrig wasn’t cold. However the breakfast was good.

Room had bad cigaret smoking smell even though the hotel is non-smoking, the bottom of white window drapes black with dirt (mold?). The whole building didn’t seem to have been maintained well. When asked for a late checkout by just 30 min (we checked in around 10 pm the night before), the front desk person said it would be an additional charge which was 50% of the room rate we had paid for the night!

Well, I booked an upgraded suite for my son on his solo road trip home. He got a surprise guest - a ball python snake (no kidding!!) greeted him in his room. He was calmer than 95% of guests would have been when he showed the video of the snake in his room to the front desk. He was given another room & told to talk to management in the morning about a refund. An OK response, given they could not have predicted the snake, but also not outstanding customer service. I did all the work to get a refund since I booked thru Hotels.com and hotel confirmed the refund.

The indoor pool was unavailable for use in early September. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options, however, was the same each day ( could be good or bad, depending on your preferences). Personnel were cordial, rooms clean, ammenities adequate. Sidewalk at entrance was uneven. Parking was free and appeared to be sifficient

We checked into the first room and there was stains all over the bedding and the carpet was very dirty. Asked for a second room, we got one and that room was worse. Hair all over in the bed sheets. Yellow stains on the comforter. Stains on the pillow case. Asked for a refund very politely as we knew it was not the front desks fault for the dirty room. We did not get a refund and he just checked us out of the room. So we were there for 45min and paid $185
