I would stay at this hotel again. It’s located in the downtown area of Lincoln. Close to shops & restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly. There’s breakfast in the morning.

The lady at the check-in was not very friendly and was annoyed to find me a king size bed, which was what I had booked. She clearly was having a bad day. I thought this might ruin my Hyatt experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and was on a slant. Parking was $12 a night. The breakfast was good and I liked the extra room space. I will try another hotel next time.

Room was nice and open and handicap accessible. Loud when we checked in at 4. Seems like lots of nightlife around. But quiet when we got back around 9:30. We were hungry. Nice lady downstairs made us a pizza, she was the only worker. Bartender, front desk, etc. pizza was ok but nothing was open for food this late so…… This hotel is close to Stadium and Pinnacle bank arena. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good except the pancake was like a hockey puck. Checking out was easy. Would stay there again.

Hyatt let us check into one of our rooms early, so that was nice. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. You do have to pay $12/car/night for parking.

Only comment is that the breakfast ran out of food by 9:00 am both mornings. The quality of the food was pretty poor unless you chose the prepackaged cereal. Ran out of yogurt both days and fresh fruit both days. Coffee was out and no one was refilling the carafes.
