Did have one small issue. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which understand is completely out of their hands, however I was a little concerned with the way the "all clear" was given. We did not see or hear from any of the hotel staff that it was OK to return, only noticed others going back in. Would have been nice to actually have staff out letting all patrons know it was safe to return to their rooms. Also the alarm that sounded was pretty quite, only one of our 5 heard it go off. The others in the group did not hear a thing.

I liked the comfort and cleanliness. The one thing I didn’t like was that I heard a loud bang like someone was trying to wake us up but I’m sure it wasn’t the hotel’s thing. Everything was nice.

A couple comments: 1. the water faucet in the restroom by the fitness center did not work. 2. the doors are heavy, which is great but if you don't catch them and make an effort close them softly, it's very loud when they slam shut; seemed like rooms around us were slamming shut constantly. But overall the hotel was great, the room was very nice and the staff was very friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. It was a great stay.

Rooms were very nice. The pillows were the only complaint...They were very hard and uncomfortable. Providing soft pillows would have been a nice alternative. Other than that everything was very nice.
