From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, had a beautiful view and we were very comfortable and relaxed in it’s romantic atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, they took time to help answer all of our questions about the local area’s shopping and dining areas and they offered transportation services. I definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Omaha next. Parking was easy, reasonably priced and they offer valet service. As a bonus, this hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Market.

So pretty

Nice place. Would def book again if ever in the area. Warm cookies and milk at night was so nice. They were extremely pet friendly there! Paying for overnight parking was a surprise but it was fine!

Go Somewhere Else

Parking is $32 a night so let’s start there. The on-site restaurant had horrible service and no they were not busy. Just poorly run. Free coffee in the morning lobby was empty and never refilled. Front desk staff lacked friendliness. Won’t be back and we frequent the hay market often.

First thing I will say that really stood out about this hotel was that it smelled SO GOOD! You could smell the building from the street. The girl who checked us in was kind of rude and she didn’t tell us about the free cookies and milk in the lobby at 8:00 pm every night or that you needed to request for someone to come clean your room but we eventually figired it all out. The hotel room was awesome and the bed was super comfortable. My family had a great time on our vacation and one of the best parts was how conveniently located our hotel was to the RiverFront and the Old market. We ended up taking nice walks down there everynight and it was great! It would have been nice to know that parking for the hotel is $30 a night so that added up and was an unexpected expense. All in all, we would definitely stay there again and it really added to our experience in Omaha.

Meh.

The people tried really hard. Front desk, valet, some wait staff tried really hard. The rooms were subpar…one set of towels, limited selection in room coffee bar, limited toiletries in bathroom, no room service. Really wanted to love it but wait staff in restaurant seemed stretched and unable to keep up. Glad we tried it but won’t return.
