I’ve utilized this property many times as I enjoy attending the Funny Bone from time to time. It’s in the vicinity of a large shopping mall, large theater, and many restaurants. A great place to stay for a night out! Clean facility, clean rooms and a great staff always

Super Disappointing Trip

We reserved a suite so that our family could be together for the holiday. We drive three hours to get there, and upon check in are informed that there are no suites available due to “maintenance issues”. The best they could do was two separate rooms. No other options. That put our family in two rooms for the holiday. Completely defeated the purpose of having a weekend away as a family.

Our bathroom was not cleaned at all. Urine around the toilet and dried blood on the shower. Makes me wonder whether or not the room had been cleaned. Service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for water and our waitress never checked on us after the food was served.

Weekend Birthday Trip

Our room and the hotel common areas, elevator, grounds, etc were exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds where comfortable your liking with clean crisp sheets and varying pillow softness options. We did not use the pool or eat at the hotel, but everything we saw passing by the dining/food area was orderly and well stocked with good options. Like the rest of the property it was well kept and clean.

Do not stay here

The room was never cleaned, the breakfast was sub par and you had to buy it. We paid for the breakfast with our reservation but they weren’t going to include it. After a long argument and proof with the receipt on the website they gave it to us. No bar open later than 9pm. Coffee was cold in the lobby and tasted horrible. Would not recommend for the price, very overpriced and no amenities.

The room had the most terrible lighting. Lamps were disabled and only lighting in the room were small reading lights by each bed and on the desk. Bathroom ceiling was stained by a leak from room above. TV remote did not work well at all. Suspect it needed new batteries.
