desk check in was efficient, convenient room right past lobby. Room smelled bad,, maybe lots of smoke then chemicals to cover it up ? Checked for bed bugs all clear. Back of room had large sliding window that was at ground level,, no lock.. small latch looked to have been pried off. Was in a hidden spot so no security whatsoever, would not leave anything in that room if I wasnt there. I put a couple empty beer cans on the track so if anyone opened it, they would fall on AC unit.. Toilette was made for midgets. TV guide didnt match chanels. "Free" breakfast was watered down coffee, stale bagles and some yogurt that probably came with the building... Woulda been ok if it was a $40 motel,, but it was a $100 one. Oh and ceilings paper thin and think I had a family of elephants above me training to river dance.

We made a reservation for two adults and went to check in. As soon as we checked in the staff was very rude. We came from out of town and I wanted to take my nieces and nephews swing two 7 year old boys one 10 year old girl and one 14 year old girl. As soon as they walked in they told my husband “you people can’t be here”. We wanted to swim for one hour and they would not let us! They were extremely rude and told us for all those people swimming one hour we had to buy an extra room! We were not going to be treated they way they treated us! We were not able to receive a refund so we ended up leaving after paying for our room. We were treated with discrimination by the staff their ! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone m!

Outside looked unkept. Room was not vacuumed well. Breakfast was lacking in choices of food. Nothing terrible.

Better than nothing

Stayed there for a quick weekend away from home. The beds were comfortable but would definitely encourage anyone to bring their own pillows because they were very uncomfortable. The breakfast is lacking in food. No one seemed to be assigned to keeping it stocked so every time we walked down there the serving containers were empty. Not even coffee was available. It was next to impossible to get fresh towels or washclothes and we were unfortunate enough to be placed in a room next to someone who brought their dog and left it alone for a period of time in the evening so we got to listen to it bark and whine at every little noise. Definitely would not stay here again.

Friendly staff... uncomfortable beds...

The staff is amazingly friendly and gave us directions everywhere we needed to go. The room was nice, but the beds were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. They were lumpy and hard. The hot tub was out of commission the entire time which put a damper on my adult relaxation time. The other guests were loud and yelled and children were running in the halls screaming near midnight. Other than the bed, the hot tub and the other guests it was a great value and a nice place.

Good Stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Apparently under new management, they have made changes to property-new tv's etc. Excellent staff-they were very helpful in locating a nearby mall. Pretty decent breakfast and now they have a "lounge" ( although you might want to stay at a room far from lounge as it is open till 2am ). Clean Rooms and location right off of interstate was very handy. Mexican and a couple of fast food chains were within walking distance.

great deal for the money

We took our children down to Omaha for a mini vacation, to the zoo and shopping, before they went back to school. We stayed at this hotel and it was great, clean and overall no problems. Breakfast is not quite what they write as having but there is a McDonalds right next door. The only problem I had was when we went to check out, the gentleman at the front desk tried to charge me again, but thanks to my receipt in hand from making the reservation, and my husband telling him we didn't owe anything, he rechecked and said that was correct. As a precautionary method I did call my bank in advance and let them know that they may charge again and please watch out for that. Other than that, very nice hotel and would stay again.
