We are celebrating our 25th anniversary so i surprised my husband wirh the romance package. We dont drink so didnt want the champagne, they accommodated us and substituted! The decoration in the room was so nice! Very romantic! Definitely will be back!

Stayed at this location before. Absolutely loved it. This stay, the ceiling above the shower was falling down. Notified the front desk who said they were aware of it and would look to move us if we wanted to pack up and move rooms. Overall, still a good place to stay, just disappointed by the condition of the room they originally placed us in.

Ethereal vibe

We happened upon the Hotel Indigo and were going to cancel out stay due to an unexpected family matter. However, when we walked into the hotel to cancel I was so impressed by the vibe that we kept our reservation. Even though we only stayed a night, it was a fantastic stay. The staff, the atmosphere, the decor all made it an almost ethereal experience. We will be back!

Way over-priced!

I am not the type to leave reviews like this, but for an expensive hotel, this was a true let down. First, i did a reserve now and pay later amd they tried to charge me a higher rate and $100 more than my hotels.com receipt. The ironing board was broken and it just wasnt nice enough to be prices that much. I will not stay here again.
