One of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had especially for a luxury hotel. There was a line 30 feet long and it took an hour to check in. Our rooms air condition wasn’t working, which made for a long night.

Long line due to event but it was a fast check in with multiple attendants at front reception desk. Nick’s was amazing for dinner and the bartenders and servers were incredibly friendly and polite and attentive. Same with valet staff as well!

My only issue was waiting 45 mins to check in. I tried to do the app check in but wouldn’t work. A concert was across the street so they know it would be busy. Priority Hilton line people would keep coming. Suggestions would be for one person to check in priority and the other 2 check in normal line. Jaiden texted and checked in and asked and I told her and she apologized and gave us $25 credit towards food. Which is fine but fixing the problem would be better. Make it so you can check in on App as advertise so no waiting or wasting time.

The front desk lady Larese was the best in the business helped us with our 81 year old mother - getting us close to the elevator and went above and beyond to help our family’s stay be enjoyable. Thank you!

Not a good family hotel

The restaurant was moved to the bar area (not sure why) and you had to order the food at a separate concierge type table. The food choices were sophisticated and my son and i just wanted basic American fare so we went to the Mattress Bar and Grîll a short wall away. I had a drink at the bar later and it was about $21US for a 9 oz glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I àmost fell off my chair!

The property was nice the bar was nice and serice was great the parking in the garage and distance to the room is #1 expensive and very inconvenient and the room was nothing special there are nicer rooms at super8 definitely not worth the money
