Check in was fine. There was something happening in the parking lot outside my window and it sounded like someone in the room next to me was being abused or something. The staff I interacted with (the front desk and person who delivered the room service) were friendly. The atmosphere though was uncomfortable enough that left at 2am after arriving at 7pm.

Staff was being rude and stated multiple times that it was because we booked thru 3rd party. We didn’t get the room we paid for. Our room had an outlet with all wires completely exposed, dangerous! The lamp had wires out as well because it was broken. Only one tv worked and next morning, neither tv worked, said every channel was off air. One phone didn’t work, the bedroom phone worked but we called front desk 3 or 4 times trying to get thru and nobody ever answered. It was clean but maintenance of room was not impressed.

Staff were very good and handled any issues we had right away. Housekeeping staff could pay more attention to details…we found food on floor by bed, coffee bar area wasn’t restocked. Carpet had stains…probably needs updating or deep cleaning. Overall we were satisfied and we would stay here again!
