It was so dirty that we had to request a new room. We were “upgraded” to a room the same size, the only difference was that it was cleaner than the other. The walls were still dirty, the ironing board had something smeared on it, the bathroom door was too warped to close.

The room had roaches in the bathroom and hallway that we discovered the morning after the first night and immediately packed up and didn't finish out the stay. While they're obviously updating they need to take care of the bug issue and advertise accordingly to the fact that its obviously utilized as a long term stay for some. At one point of running to the car I encountered two huge growling dogs the owner I assume as they had them on leashes obviously couldn't hold them both.
