Waterpark was fantastic, hot tub was nice and hot. Along with the pool and pool area. All heated. Room with two king beds was nice. Didn’t opt to pay $15 for breakfast. Be aware, parking is $15 a night.

We had a connecting room and loved it! I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Beds are very comfortable. Food is great. Pool is great for little ones. We took 6 grandkids for 2 nights age 3-12. It was a Christmas gift and we all had a lot of fun. The only downfall we had is we had to wait until 5:30 to get in our rooms. Check in is 4:00. But they gave us arm bands right away and we had all the kids wear their swimsuits under their clothes just in case. Great weekend!!!

Well when we arrived they informed us that the pool was broken and that management was in a meeting. They reported that they wouldn’t know until this meeting was over if the pool would be up and running or not and they would call once they knew. About 5-10 min later another family walked up and the manager acted surprised learning about the pool and stated it was going to open in 30 seconds. It was just very odd and the employees were all secretive about it and whispering amongst themselves- and then once we got to the pool it was FREEZING and the hot tub was even colder than that.

Room was cleanish, was given wrong information by the front desk on breakfast and the water park. Arcade is to expensive. 3$ for a 1 dollar claw machine is wack. Could use ice machine signs for guest to find the ice machine. 15$ for parking in a lot that isn’t promised a place to park with children is horrible with very limited extra parking

The hotel couldn’t check us in until an hour after check in time because they said our room wasn’t clean yet. When we finally got to the room, there was garbage left around the room and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The pool and splash pad are advertised as open from 9am to 9pm but when we got here they told us they changed the hours to 4pm to midnight. We planned our whole family trip around the kids being able to swim and play most of the time and we couldn’t at all. When the pool was open, the hot tub and splash pad were often broken. Throughout our 4 night stay our rooms were never cleaned and the hotel did not enforce quiet hours so our kids could barely sleep. We are extremely unhappy and disappointed!

This hotel is not a holiday inn and was not equipped to handle guest. They clearly bit off more than they could handle. From the first morning to the last I was disappointed with the hotel and especially the staff. The breakfast buffet was not worth the cost and the staff there cares less about their job than the hotel staff. There are way too many options downtown Omaha that have big rooms at the same cost and even cheaper to settle for a mediocre hotel with non caring staff and broken amenities. After the first day I was hopeful it would get better and then more people checked in and it only got worse. This experience was one of the worst.
