Room wasn’t ready upon arrival- finally got a room 2 hours later. Problems with door keys and tv remotes. Pool was freezing. Very short staffed- commend Jeff who seemed to be running the whole place; from front desk, delivery of bedding and towels,to maintenance issues.

Had a dishwasher and a sink but no dish soap. Had a coffee maker but no coffee , just tea. Book for two people and only one to go coffee cup.

I loved the stay, but parking was a little bad. When we came back late at night we couldn’t find a parking spot. Other than that, it was a great stay.
