"My mother and I were staying here because I had to check in the UT southwestern at 6am for a major surgery. From the time we walked in we were welcomed with a wonderful greeting. They asked the reason for our stay and I explained I would be having surgery in the morning. The lady quickly said”I pray guides the doctors in every way and gives you peace throughout the night and days to come.” It was a nice feeling to have her acknowledge what was actually going on."

"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."
