"We stayed in "the parlor", a spacious room which has all wood walls and it was disturbing how visibly dirty it all was. Even with no overhead lighting, (which gave us an overall dark room) you could not avoid the dust and dirt. A tall ladder, a can of pledge and a vacuum is definitely needed."

"Hotel Zaza was wonderful. Staff members were great! From the moment we arrived in the courtyard until we departed, the staff were well trained and very polite and helpful! Accommodations were large, clean and well appointed, great bathrooms with excellent water pressure, coffee and fruit every morning on our floor plus tea and fruit flavored water and delicious cookies every day in the lobby. Also the location was walkable to many delicious restaurants and upscale shopping. We will return!"
