"I booked this hotel near the Boston airport based on the online pictures and reviews, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely outdated and nothing like the photos. The beds were very uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises every time someone sat down or moved. The room overall did not feel clean at all. There were stains in multiple areas, the bathroom looked dirty, and there was even someone’s undergarment still hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. There wasn’t even proper hand soap at the sink — only a small face soap sitting there. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. The room cost over $230, plus an additional $30 for parking, and they even wanted another $4.50 per day just to use Wi-Fi. Customer service was also poor. The front desk employee was rude, unwelcoming, and seemed bothered whenever we asked questions. Overall, this stay was nowhere near worth the money. I would never book this hotel again, and I would strongly recommend future guests read reviews carefully and consider booking somewhere else if they expect a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay."

"It’s in a weird area with strip malls and an Amazon distribution center, nothing to walk to. And we were annoyed about the $20/car/day parking fee, which was not really noted - Expedia “fine print” says it may be charged for “extended stays,” but we were there only one night and it was required! I’d say it is a totally average and fine Comfort Inn, but nothing special for the price."

"Not great for light sleepers. I had a room facing Route 1 and there is no insulation, so you hear traffic all night long. The shade would not fully pull all the way down so I had to use one of my towels on the bottom to block out the street lights, there is an awful light that is part of the electrical outlet near the sink (outside of the bathroom) that lights up very, bright and illuminates the room when the lights are out. Terrible sleep. It is very convenient if you are flying out of logan, need something inexpensive with free parking and free breakfast and that is it. The front desk folks are very nice as well"

"Swing chairs on the patio were fun, but the place was understaffed. The check in hours were not clearly communicated, and we were own with minimal cell signal and no wifi to get the remote check in going. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so much our kids wouldn't take a bath. The fixtures all looked new and modern, but the shower head was not something I'd ever select- possibly the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a warm shower. The room was spacious, but beds uncomfortable. Coffee in room was terrible, but the tea was great. Full of highs and lows. With a different check in experience, the overall rating would have been a 3, but I wouldn't recommend or go back. The highs weren't worth the lows."
