I walked around in my bare feet for five minutes on the fake hardwood floor and when I wipe the bottom of my feet with a wet washcloth, it came back black filthy, dirty disgusting. Check in clerk was miserable.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It’s basically a homeless shelter. The room was not clean at all I was disgusted to the point I had to bring in my own blanket to sleep on

1) No Close Caption in any TV... 2) No maid came to clean in four days... 3) Not enough towels, etc... 4) very small hotel's thin soap (1"x 2")... No Hotel's Shampoo, etc... 5) there were few small black spots on wood floor (look like old gum or tar)... 6) No clothes' Iron and no Hair Plow... 7) WiFi was not working for one day... 8) No breakfast - there were coffee only!!! In first night, TV had no Close caption and I asked for help. The Maint. man came and cannot fix. I fill complain about many problems. I asked them to get some credit back. They said no and told me to tell Travelocity about the problems...

When we checked in and out the staff was rude. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work. We were told to just deal with it because eventually they were supposed to get replaced. Phone in room didn’t work

My room reeked of cigarettes the second I walked in the door, the floors felt sticky, the electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work, and the hall leading to my room was poorly lit. I strongly advise staying anywhere else, even if it costs more.
