The hotel REEKED of weed. The main checking in at the front desk was smoking all night. The hotel was dirty, my bathroom floor was not cleaned. There was still hair in the tub. Absolutely disgusting. They literally don’t stop anyone from smoking in these motels.

The place isn’t a looker. The bathroom looked like It had cig burn holes on the tub. The hallways were outdated. The area was Shaddy looking. The place felt haunted. We either heard fighting, knocking or walking every night. The phone would ring in the elevator for a random reason. We did stay the whole 4 nights for the price of one night in Salem during October, so it was what it was. With that said…The staff were fantastic!!! The overnight man working Friday and Saturday night was wonderful. I originally booked for 3 nights and ended up coming in early a night. The manager was able to adjust my stay the next day so I didn’t have to move rooms. The room Itself was clean. No garage bags tho. We didn’t get any kind of clean up during the 4 nights there. Again.. it is what it is kinda place. The hotel was 20 mins to Salem. There is many restaurants near by so all and all.. far from the worse I’ve seen.

Although the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible my reservation was lost, my room was not what i booked, and i left in the morning and when i returned all of our toiletries had been bagged and placed in the bathroom sink with no explanation even when i returned to the hotel. I am supposed to be refunded for the stay, we shall see!

Was a good location for a 2 night stay. With the renovations happening, made our stay a little inconvenient with construction going on in the mornings. The rooms have are minimal; no trash bins or a working TV. Besides that, friendly staff and easy parking.

That place should be shut down absolutely disgusting roaches all on the headboard people partying and hanging outside the walls so thin you can hear others as if they are in your room light fixtures hanging out the walls pubic hairs in the bed and shower and vents caked with dirt I will definitely be calling the health department with pictures

First I would start with saying we came for a two night stay with two rooms 4 adults 2 child. 2 adults in one room and 2 adults 2 children in another. We were assigned room 314. And the other guest that were with us got offered a room on the 1st floor or one near us. The room on the first floor had construction going on. Then the one near us didn’t have a working tv we asked if there were any other rooms the front desk receptionist told us nothing was available… so our guest decided to stay in the room near construction so they could have a tv. Water pressure in that room was horrible! If that was all you offered we should have gotten a discount for inconvenience. Room 314 we got into and seen it was not cleaned at all from the previous nights stay the lights on the bed wall were also not working. So my husband went to the front desk to tell them about the condition of the room the lady switched us to a room on the fourth floor 410. Better room but this is after she just told our guest there was nothing else to give our guest. Absolutely horrible

I wasnt going to write anout this but expedia keeps hounding me for feedback with a review REQUIRED beyond the other ratings. The hotel didnt have my reservation from expedia. The hotel's managmeent system changed the password on their systems and the wonderful ,(not sarcastic) employee couldnt check other places fornour reservation. This was 11:45 at night after driving several hours to get.to the area. This wouldnt be an issue if expedia had a phone # to call. Oh..wait they did but whenever my fiancé called he kept getting hung up on and was getting nowhere. I had to chat with someone who ultimately ended up calling the hotel to get things straightened out. We originally reserved a room with a fridge and microwave. Got up to our room to discover...there were none. The room was bare bones. The short curtains do very little to block the light coming from the prision like lighting of the parking lot. For being next to the elevator area, it was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. Again, the employee was great and did everything in her power to help us.
