Great location we visited Salem . The Spanish gentleman in the night shift was amazing ! He was my buddy thank you for going over and beyond to help with something small like my cranberry juice and directions for us . 20 ish minutes away in car to Salem . Pool is great and the breakfast is okay fast breakfast . My only thing is that the bed was so hard ! I had pain in my hips since I’m a side sleeper . But the service was amazing housekeeping came everyday . And the rooms are clean .

Hotel is good, but pool is dangerous.

The room we had was a good size and clean. The air con worked well. The breakfast was ok and the eating area was a good size. The pool was its downfall. It was freezing, dirty and dangerous. The step into the pool had a broken hand rail that was severed at the base and about a 5 inch diameter rusty metal rail was sticking up from the ground. The hand rail was extremely mobile too. This should be removed/replaced immediately. Someone could cut their foot or leg on it. I did report to a person on reception who said they were aware of it.

Great service comfortable stay for families

My son and I stayed there for three nights because he had a tournament in Salem the front desk concierge named Bob was excellent. He changed my room to a higher floor without question. He also helped us with an issue in the room with the television personally.

Our king bed only came with one regular sized pillow, there were also several small square pillows. When we called to ask for more they said they didn’t have any extra pillows, this was rather disappointing.
