Welcome to our charming, pet friendly, studio home in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. W/ partial ocean views & a fantastic location, you'll enjoy all the beauty & excitement this coastal town has to offer. Outside, you'll find a sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Our home is also just minutes from all the best attractions. Whether you want to spend your days lounging on the sand or exploring the local shops & restaurants, you'll be perfectly situated to do it all. We provide a Keurig coffee machine but be sure to pack your own K Cups.

The space
The Ocean View Villa is a small studio unit with one queen bed. The full bath is located in the back of the unit. Start your day with a freshly brewed pot of coffee and a brief stroll to the beach. Stream some music from the TV or glance through the custom guidebook designed to help fill your stay with plenty of memories. Pull out sofa bed is a full mattress and ideal for one person, but can squeeze 2.

Guest access
You will have full access to the studio. A smart lock code will enable access into the unit and the code will be provided 10 hours prior to check in.

A SMALL HOTEL ROOM NOT A STUDIO

DECEPTIVE LISTING,,Its just a Xtra-Small hotel room no room for suitcase(had to leave suitcase in car). Listing Says it sleeps 4,LOL,You wouldn't want to have 2 adults plus 2 children in that room. The Refrigerator wont even hold a bag of ice. You bump into the bed as you walk into the door. Wall AC unit is so loud with the constant Roar. The roaches come out at night. See pictures. Overpriced for what I thought I was getting a one bedroom as per picture

We enjoyed our stay!

Renting was an easy process- had no issues. Place was clean and tidy. I was a little surprised there was no actual bedroom. Everything is in one room - couch, kitchenette, and bed. It works for a small group. Neighbors were great and very friendly.

Don’t recommend

Safety is a huge issue. The room was set up to look like a window is above a dresser when in fact it was a sliding glass door that wouldn’t lock. We found out on accident after walking around the property. There was a metal latch installed to keep the door from opening which wasn’t in place which lead us to believe this was intentional. I didn’t even feel comfortable leaving my dog there alone. We left after only one night as we weren’t able to even rest comfortably. Room was clean and tidy despite being tiny. I won’t be back.

Great location for a short stay

This is a motel that has been converted to small condos. Our unit was tiny, but served our purposes well. It was great that there was a couch and small table with two chairs in addition to the queen bed. The small kitchenette was perfect for coffee and light breakfast. We loved the location, with beach access directly across the street and only a mile or two to groceries and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

My sister and I came down for a weekend getaway and it was amazing! The room was spotless and the mattress was comfortable as well. I love how this room is a corner unit, we had a private balcony right around the corner. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Just as described!

Everything was exactly as it was described. Right across the street from public beach access and everything was very clean and in its place. The unit was definitely nicer and better kept than the building itself, but our experience was great.

Unit was very nice although small. It was fine for a short weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Got locked out but figured the lock and after figuring out the tv (we have never used Roku tv) got it on but then could t figure out the volume. After placing a call to the owner, I felt like an fool because the volume was on the side of the remote. Funny memory of our trip. All in all, we had nice visit and out unit was very cute and clean
