Where to start. This house is in a great location and short walk to the beach. THE HOUSE WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY HAND RAILS ON OUTSIDE STAIRS WERE NOT CONNECTEDKEY PAD DID NOT WORK HAD MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLSTOILET CLOGGED ON ARRIVALSTAPLES WERE STICKING OUT OF A CHAIR THAT THE UPHOLSTERY HAD COME LOOSEOVENS DID NOT WORK PROPERLYSOME BEDS HAD NO SHEETS AND THE ONES THAT DID HAVE SHEETS THEY DID NOT FIT. MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL DID NOT GET SHEETS THAT FIT PROPERLYPOOL AREA LOOKED BAD AND FURNITURE RUSTEDGRILL COULD NOT BE USEDBLACK MOLD AROUND MOST OF THE AIR VENTS IN THE CEILINGSSIDING MISSING FACIA WAS MISSING ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSEI WAS SO EMBARRASSED THAT WE RENTED THIS HOUSE FOR OUR FAMILY BEACH TRIP. SEVERAL WERE SICKLY DUE TO MOLD. THE PICTURES SHOWN DO NOT REPRESENT THIS HOUSE. I EMAILED PICTURES OF ALL OF THESE THINGS AND THEY ARE ONLY OFFERING A SMALL REFUND. THEY CHARGED A FORTUNE FOR THIS HOUSE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL RENTING THIS BEACH HOUSE

There is substantial deferred maintenance with this property. The pictures do not show the fascia that is nearly falling down, the weight limited indoor metal staircase, the sparsely painted raw OSB board covering an old entrance (?), or the large sheets of paint peeling off the swimming pool wall. Our stay was interrupted with multiple appliance failures and WiFi difficulties. While we were eventually compensated, I wouldn’t want any other family to experience what we did.

Golf Trip

Overall the location and accomodation was great but the house is very tired on the outside and needs some TLC. Inside the space is great, the beds were very comfortable but some of the appliances need attention. The hot tub does not get hot and althought the owners tried to tell us thats the way it is supposed to be...we found out differently from the pool service person.
