This places, cold and in terrible need of renovation. When you walk in the ambience is horrible. The lighting is extremely low and not done intentionally. There were invisible lights that were just out. The elevator is old and barely working. The furniture and rugs and fixtures are old and falling apart. The front desk staff was extremely rude, especially the male employee that we encountered. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Middle Eastern or Indian looking, and it should be on file who is working that day if you check our state dates. But he was extremely rude, shorts, and just outright mean and unprofessional. The best thing about this hotel was the handicap parking that was available to me close to the entry. But there definitely was no assistance with our bags or anything for that matter. Just very underwhelming and completely disappointing. This hotel does not live up to the Wyndham name. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone.

Seems like everything is breaking down or they are out of something. Marketplace is a joke. I requested coffee for my room for three days and they said they didn't have anything. They have 4 elevators and we are lucky one is working. Freddie the houseman was wonderful and did what he could with what he had.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I came here for a family reunion otherwise I would have looked past this hotel based on other reviews. This place was TRASH At first there was Only one working elevator and it was extremely hot on there. When we arrived from the family reunion that elevator went out and there were no working elevators. I stayed in the 8th floor. My elderly family members were stuck in the lobby because of course they couldn’t walk up steps to the room. These are people who have Lvad heart devices, oxygen and diabetics. All unable to get their necessities out the room. Also the gentleman at the front desk was rude from check in. The rooms were moldy, The air didn’t work properly, one elevator that worked and it took forever to go up and down. Staff was also not helpful.

During our weekend stay of 4 elevators one was working. This is a 12 floor hotel so the wait for the single elevator was substantial. Our second night there we got on the elevator got to the 12th floor and the doors would not open. We were stuck on the elevator for over an hour. There was no air and it was easily over 100 degrees. I pressed the emergency call button requesting help….they tried to get their maintenance person to reset but I ultimately had to call 911. The fire department eventually were able to get us out. It was concerning to have only one working elevator. The hotel did give us that night free of charge. There were other issues as well. The air in the room struggled to keep it at 78 when we had it set to 70….the room was not fully cleaned. The bed was made but the coffee was not restocked and the bathroom not cleaned .

Awful hotel

Very dirty and inconvenient. The elevator broke down and we had to walk up 9 floors. No ramp to bring up luggage from where you park only stairs. Saw a huge cockroach by the side entrance door. That door of which doesn’t shut right and anyone could just come right in!

Customer Service was Amazing, Back entrance was always unlocked so anyone could walk in. only one elevator worked, the place smells of smoke and floors are completely dirty. room seems nice but you can hear everything in the room next to you. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking to go clubbing and won't remember how dirty the place looks.
