Check in is at 4. We arrive at 5. One of our suites ready to go, the other took 2.5 hours to be ready. Made for an uncomfortable welcoming. Staff did not know how long it would take. There was no communication amongst staff. Nothing was even offered to me for the inconvenience! I’m not sure I would visit here again.

I love most everything about this place. Its a great location and a lovely property. The only thing I didnt care for is the parking garage. We have a jeep cherokee and it was somewhat challenging to get to the different parking levels. Being here in February wasn't too bad but I certainly wouldn't want to park there during the summer.

We will return!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Last but not least while checking in the lady (wish I would've gotten her name) she sung Happy Birthday to me while throwing rose petals. Got to the room and the Happy Birthday message on the window and gift was beautiful!! I appreciated that so much! Thanks Again!
