"Clean, updated hotel in a great location. It was about a 5 minute ride from downtown Newport and across the street from Easton's Beach. We walked everyday to the beach so no need to pay for parking. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was just an 'okay' hotel. The day we reached, an elevator was not working. The carpets in the lobby and room were very old and dusty. On the first day, toileteries did not have shower gel. Breakfast was average. During my entire stay, they did not have the tea bags."
