Hotel was extremely outdated, rooms were dirty, moldy, humid, dark, paint was peeling off the walls, carpet was damp, and the rate they charged was absurd for the conditions. We got in late and slept and woke up and checked out immediately.

Overall a bit pricey for the condition of the room, but I know you are paying for the location. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms are definitely dated and need some refreshing. The bathroom fixtures in particular need an update. The handles on the faucet were loose and both came off at times. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for walking to sites, shopping, and dining.

Great spot!
We loved it!! The staff was so nice to us and to our dog!! Beautiful historic atmosphere. I was a little surprised there was no fridge, so just check on that if you’ll need one, but we got by fine putting things on ice! Great room service too. Delicious food!!

Brian at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and kind. The spa was absolutely incredible. The room was awful. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty and the beds were beyond uncomfortable. Neither of us slept ( 2 queen room) You couldnt move without noise from the box spring and mattress. We had to leave after the first night. We noticed as we were leaving brand new mattresses being brought into the hotel. They waited way too long to replace them.
