There was hardly anyone at desk. When checked it was never given any written instructions on breakfast/WiFi/. Never took my card or had car parking sticker, seemed odd. Breakfast was ok but it was 3 building down the street. Just happen upon it, would have been nice to have written instructions

The little cafe downstairs was a huge bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Charming style to the whole house. Loved our stay.

It was a prefect spot for a few days visit to downtown Newport. Easy walking to the restaurants, shops and Pubs. Very friendly staff. We will be back!

30 Bellevue Ave was really great... it's connected to a goumet coffee shop... you can't beat it...!!
