The bath faucet in our room was connected incorrectly. The hot water came from the cold side and reversed. Also, the fan in the bathroom did not work.

Our room was clean and had a great view. The well cared for condition of the property made you feel safe and relaxed. I received text messages informing me of meal specials or special activities that were taking place at the resort. The atmosphere and ability to sit outside at the water's edge or walk around the property was a big plus.

We loved our stay. The views are incredible. The restaurant and bars were great. The shuttle bus is convenient and reliable. They even had movie and s’mores night which the kids enjoyed.

I want to start off by saying I don’t write reviews ever, but there were some PROS/CONS about this trip. Firstly, prior to booking I called to make sure the outside pool would be open since I’m traveling with a 7 year old boy, i was told yes until 9/30/25. It was only open 9/27 and closed 9/28 & 9/29 (and yes we still had to pay “resort” fee for closed pool. Secondly, upon check in we got to our room which was beautiful, but had a foul wet smell, like A/C mildew condensation, and damp bedding, they were quick to find us another room but tried to put us in a super small, no patio room as our first room was large with patio. Then finally moved us to a room with a patio, although the room was very small. The view made up for it. The bell hop happily brought our bags to the first room, and was tipped to do so. As far as the second room switch around 11pm w a 7 year old child he had left the cart outside our door for us to ourselves, which was fine, but rude in my opinion considering none of this has to do with us, and has to do with malfunctioning AC unit. The resort itself was beautiful, the views were like a story book! It was truly a great hotel, and the food at the hotel was wonderful, with lots of places to eat at the Wharfs, we picked the hotel restaurant, twice. The man that drives the van, Scott was wonderful and recommended great places to see! Here is where the next beware is, check your bill at checkout, as they tried to charge me $400 more than what was said!

We loved the vibe, outdoor pool space & dining options. The food was delicious and staff very professional and friendly. We did not like our original room so Hector immediately found us a new light & bright room with a lighthouse view. We are definitely going back!!
