Beautiful view of the harbor from the 3rd floor. The restaurant served delicious avacado toast for breakfast with again a gorgeous view. The staff were excellent.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well appointed.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is on the older side but has new surfaces (paint, furniture carpet etc). The age shows on things like loud hvac. The location is great, Newport is super expensive so I can see being surprised at the cost of the room for the age of the space but compared to the area it’s affordable. We upgraded for a water view. The indoor pool is a rare thing for this location too though our stay was in November and the pool water was warm but the air was way too cold. My kids still swam.
