The Omni is well situated-a very short walk from the train station and it can be seen from many places in the city. This made it a good location for my short break in Providence. Staff were friendly and helpful and I felt very safe in the hotel. I did struggle with the noise from outside. Despite being on the 10th floor I did resort to wearing earplugs to try to reduce the noise from outside the hotel. I would also have welcomed water in the room on a daily basis. It didn’t seem to much to want! Ideally for arriving by Amtrack and catching the Peter Pan for onward travel.

My room was near the busy roads and was pretty noisy at times with loud cars. Also had to deal with a dog down the hall barking nonstop for 3-4 hours at least. Called about it but it continued hours after I called.

Providence at its best.

Amazing Staff. Jenn and the front desk personnel were responsive to every request, even anticipating needs in advance. The rooms were cozy, and the lobby and restaurants were so pretty. I definitely will be returning. Perfect location for all things Providence.

Large hotel in downtown Providence. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a very loud concert at the Rink and Celeste found us a quieter room in the tower that faced a different direction. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Thanks as well to Goitom who was very attentive and happily moved us to the new room. Valets were very nice and helpful as well.
