Two night stay for JWU graduation ceremony. Terrible night sleep first night as the older fraternity brothers had a party in the hallways all night. Complained to front desk constantly and was not able to sleep until early morning. The hotel was not able to contain their guests and knew this would happen but did not step up security or make provisions with local police to remove unruly guests on grad weekend. I had to confront drunks right outside my doorway and could have been in harms way. I am promised a one night refund thru Expedia which I am still waiting for and it has been 11 days. They moved our room 2nd night to east wing older rooms as the block rooms were not in that area. Not the event planning expected from a prominent hotel.

The property was not busy but I was placed in a room on a low floor next to an elevator with no view of anything but some drab convention facility across the street. For the price, the entire experience was very cold. I'll try somewhere else the next time I have to travel through Providence.
