Saying I don’t know we don’t take cash I’m leaving soon to another employee , in front of a customer who already paid for their room is very rude and I didn’t like that at all completely brushed me off. I was dealing with and emergency at home and I have small children. I appreciate the security lady who asked me if I was taken care of and made sure and I appreciate the manager that helped me with my situation. I enjoyed my stay for the night.

The property was okay, but we were very disappointed in the bed. Very uncomfortable and surprising for a Marriott property. We were there for business and the room had no ironing board (which was delivered) and the iron itself was cheap and did not function well. Staff was fine.

I booked this hotel for its spa and pool yet the spa was closed. The pool was nice but the hotel seemed chaotic with a lot of kids there for a tournament. The hotel seemed unkempt with people eating in the lobby and garbage on the floor. There was no cleaning service in the room which I didn’t need but would have been nice to have the barroom cleaned and towels refreshed. All in all disappointing based on how expensive it was

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We used the pool even though it was the end of September, which was heated and was warmer than the air. Felt chilly getting in since it wasn’t hot out, but once in, didn’t want to get out.

Our hotel bill was double charged. Also they did not notify that a construction going on inside the hotel. Otherwise very dull hotel that you would never remember.
