Very nice rooms. A little small and pricey but in a good location. Front desk staff very good and accommodating. Only problem was price of valet parking but staff was nice and car was brought up quickly on every occasion.

You can hear through the walls! The couple next door had a nasty fight at 3 a.m. We called the front desk; security went up 15 minutes later and banged on the door. At 6:00 in the morning it started again. We got up and left early; explained the problem to the manager. He took my name and number and said that the hotel would contact us. They did not have stirrers for the coffee in the room. There was one tiny bottle of water. They did not. We won't go back! EVER!

I love the restaurant downstairs and Christopher the host made us feel very important and was quite helpful with a special request.....Valerie and William at the front desk were also helpful and charming!!

Mc Phee/Hayes wedding

Everything was fantastic until check out. Than it all went to pot. An hour and fifteen minutes for a bell hop while our car sat in front running the entire time. Our friends car was lost. His wife found it after waiting for over 2 hours.

It was nice and kind staff.

Pros: Location.
Cons: I hope there were vending machine for drink or snacks.
The room was clean and neat. First night, I couldn't sleep because of the noise, I asked and they change the room.

It is for that reason that we do not have vending machines on our guest floors. We do have a retail shop adjacent to the Reception Desk where we have snacks and beverages available for our guests.
