Poor customer service. Fees (hotel occupation) charged for more people than the ones who stayed. I told the front desk during check out and the lady couldn’t prorated it and needed to ask the Manager. I had to go to the airport so I couldn’t wait but sent a message to get a partial reimbursement. The hotel did not respond. I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company as the difference is > $200

This hotel was perfect! Excellent location and fantastic staff. Felt like luxury! My friends stayed down the street at the residence inn and courtyard (which was more $$) and this is leaps and bounds nicer!!

Superb stay

We have stayed many times at this hotel over the years, and this time was the best! Perfect experience with great hotel staff and a really good vibe. A special shout out to Tarik who booked us in and to all the team covering the evening food and drink service - they were brilliant.
