Loved our small city room

The room was big city small but big city cool - it was nicely appointed and the staff was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. Nicely decorated. There were a couple of service glitches when we had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant but Christopher made it right and then took great care of us with a comp and wonderful attentive advice for our next two days. Nice that the room window was open-able for us to get a little springtime fresh air. Our room was on 16th floor and it was very quiet, no traffic noise.
