Great Hotel with Excellent Customer Service

I canceled my first choice hotel because of many complaints about the elevator in a 65-story building. I searched Hotels.com and found the gem, Park Terrace Hotel. This should have been my first and only choice. It was more pricey but worth it. Customer service was phenomenal. The Branch lounge on the 6th floor is breathtaking. They have great drinks and delicious small bites. When I return to New York, this hotel will always be my first choice!

Special mention to Arlette at the front desk helpful, attentive, accommodating and a pleasure. She was the one who checked us out. She is an asset to your hotel! The hotel is clean! Our first time in New York and The Park Terrace Hotel was everything we could have hoped for. Excellent location within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Our room had an amazing view of Bryant Park and city buildings which was really amazing and super exciting for us first-timers. Free water was a very nice perk, especially in the heat. But what really stood out was Miguel and Celia at the front desk! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Miguel was literally the first person we spoke to and he was so incredibly friendly checking us in. The next day, he greeted us with a big smile and even chased us down with an umbrella in hand after we left the hotel because there was a chance of rain. He went above and beyond! Then we had the pleasure of meeting Celia. She and Miguel were working together one evening and gave us so many tips on things to do and see and directions on how to get there. Every time we walked into the hotel after being gone, she remembered exactly what we said we were going to go do and see (thanks for the pigeon statue tip 😜). Miguel and Celia both truly made our trip so much better than we could have imagined and they deserve all the recognition!
