Perfect location for our visit and a nice hotel. Excellent housekeeping. Nice little second floor landing for sitting and having a glass of wine. Just a very nice place to stay.

Great location.

Hotel has a great location in Midtown, close to Grand Central and the U.N.. Rooms we were well sized, and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our second time at the Even, and loved it, although walking around outside it is not a happy experience, as I saw so much litter as well as feces on the sidewalk (not right in front of the hotel, which was clean). It is a great location for access to the various points of interest in Manhattan, and I love Le Pain Quotidien across the street. The hotel was clean, efficient, the breakfast was good, and the bartender who custom made our lemonade was wonderful. I did not receive a reply to an email I sent to the general manager about whether one of the works of art on the wall was for sale, but that's okay. All the art is a pleasure to see when we come to stay. We will definitely come back.
