The hotel is very technologically advanced which is awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind to every request. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with food recommendations and with directions. Overall we had an amazing stay for our first time in New York Cityand would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would also choose this chain of hotels in other cities just based off my experience from this location.

Rooms comfortable, staff friendly, clean and efficient. The inly problem was our room iPad stopped working and it took a long time to get it fixed. It was glitching and annoying. Other than that great location & would stay again!!

I’ve stayed here several times before, and it’s always been great. But this trip had a few issues. First, one of the elevators was down, which left only two working elevators. Waits got so long on several occasions that I just ended up using the stairs. The other issue was non-stop loud bass from a stereo. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from a room next-door, or from the hotel's night club… but it was loud and annoying. Overall, though, I didn’t spend much time in the room… so it didn’t really impact my overall trip.

The elevators weren’t working. Day one I was on the 17th floor and the elevator wasn’t working properly so I had to use the stairs to the 16th floor and get on the elevator from there. I asked for a new room and it was granted. Got moved to the 18th floor. The next day myself and a group of other guests had use the stairs because the elevators weren’t working properly from the 18th floor. I have stayed at CitizenM in DC and I loved it. I will never stay at the property again. The staff was amazing.

Our stay at CitizenM exceeded expectations. The room was thoughtfully designed, with a modern layout and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff provided outstanding service and added a personal touch by surprising us with a cake and card to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The hotel’s location was ideal, just steps away from Times Square, making it convenient to explore the city. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.
