Convenient & Centrally Located

Timely communication and apartment was exactly as described. Short walk to Times Square & theater district. Clean and plenty of towels for 4 of us. I regularly sleep with a sleep mask so was not bothered by street lighting and if that is an issue for you I recommend you bring a sleep mask. I would stay her again.

NYC experience

The property was perfectly located and the building was very nice. Great area with restaurants, bars, and easy access to everything. Our only issues were the lack of washcloths and the incredibly uncomfortable furniture in the living room, especially the small couch, which was unusable. It would have been nice to have at least a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Super emplacement pour un appartement super

L’appartement est situé dans un très bel immeuble. Il est très bien situé pour rayonner facilement dans Manhattan. L’appartement est très lumineux, pratique pour une famille de 5 personnes. La communication avec le gérant est facile et rapide. Je recommande vivement !!

Idéal pour découvrir NYC en famille

Très bel appartement, spacieux, même si la salle de bain est un peu exigüe et pas vraiment de kitchenette (uniquement frigo,micro-ondes et cafetière - pas de vaisselle). Très bien placé entre timesquare et 5th avenue. Transports à proximité. Coffee Shop à proximité. Point de chute idéal pour découvrir NYC et se reposer sans se gêner. Equipe d'accueil très chaleureuse et efficace en cas de problème. Je recommande

Great location but nothing like advertising

First the location and price was amazing. An old building so you expect a few faults. Advertised as sleeps 6 this is totally false. The second bedroom is a king single or small double and at a push sleeps 2. My 15 year old son had that room. My other 15 year old son had to sleep on a tiny pull out sofa couch that was rock hard and so small he could not stretch his legs out. Not a chance you could sleep 2 on it. We booked for 6 but luckily only had a party of 4. Kitchenette is a joke, a table with a microwave and a kettle, not cutlery or crockery and no glasses. That is not a kitchenette. Door handles hanging off and vents pulled away from walls. We had to contact the owner to mention that the shower sink was blocked and they fixed it that day. We reached out about all the broken blinds letting in al the light but got told to cover them ourselves. Check in will only work if you have wifi and can get the code, if not you are stuffed. Check in details should be sent the day prior.

Water shut off

Great location, nice space to visit with friends. Would be nice to have glasses and utensils in the room. The unexpected water outage, from 9pm until about 10 am the next day, was unacceptable and no one responded or provided any guidance until after the water came back on. Disappointing!

Christmas in NYC

Excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Easy walk to Times Square, Broadway, shopping, and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we travel to NY!

quick christmas trip

was what was expected. we indicated we had 5 people and there were only 4 towels. notified mgmt early but didn't get them until late the next afternoon. location was great, was clean. nice spot!

Great location. Only through reading reviews did we notice that you had to bring your own coffee. Though a coffee machine was provided. But then no cups or drink wear. Small makeup mirror, the only mirror in the bathroom did not light up. Nor was there a light in the bathroom.

Not really a sleeper couch

Great location! Very nice common space, but we were not able to use the couch as a sleeping space since it is so small. Also, there is an odd lack of mirrors for getting ready. I would recommend the space despite that!!

Great Location!

Very much enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment! Great location, loved area bars - Jane Doe’s and Kevin’s and Megan’s on 45. One tip - bring an extension cord for hair tools, phone cords, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement. Unterkünfte in New York sind insgesamt teuer, insoweit wahr das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut korrekt. Check-in und Check-out liefen unkonventionell und problemlos. Die Zugangscodes für die Eingangstüren kamen alle pünktlich und zuverlässig per Nachricht über den FeWo-Kontakt. Appartement ist sauber und ordentlich. Bad recht klein, aber in Ordnung. Kühlschank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber kein Geschirr. Appartement liegt super zentral. Für Eltern mit jungen erwachsenen Kindern die perfekte Lage für eine Städtetour. Falls nochmal in New York, dann wieder dort.
