I really enjoyed the location and the resort like feel. My kids loved the lazy river and tube slides. I felt this place was great for a family and if you have older kids easily keeps them entertained. The food was reasonably priced. I would recommend and stay here again.

Light was burnt out in the bathroom vanity. Tool 3 days to have it repaired. Room was micro size. Bathroom vanity was only approximately 16” deep. Overall the room was cramped.

Propety looked nice but the pool could of used more attention. There was a film around the top of the liner that didn't look clean, easily could have been wiped. Most positive assets was the staff, Barbara at the bar provided us with the information on a nearby spa and the front desk ladies were friendly and helpful.

Just a note for those with EVs. The charger is in the parking deck on the 2nd floor. There are two chargers available at the time of this review. The chargers were slightly more expensive per kw than options a few miles away.

Check in I was not greeted. She looked at me and I looked at her. I had to ASK if I check in with her. Parking was awkward and $20 a day. Learned that 3rd party put you in handicap room. Issue with that is beds are low to floor. Another lady was kind enough to change our room next day. They have sensor on balcony door where you can't enjoy sound of waves with door cracked without heat or air being turned off.

Beautiful location but not worth it

While the location was excellent, the hotel itself was underwhelming. There weren’t enough bath towels, the bistro’s broken grill meant we couldn’t even enjoy a simple burger, and there weren’t enough baggage carriers available. To top it off, the rooms were significantly smaller than they appeared in the photos. All things considered, it doesn’t offer good value.

The hotel is beautiful. The services is awful. I arrived at noon i waa told my room wasn’t ready this was fine i was told that i would receive a text as soon as my room was ready. At 4:00 when check in is i went to the hotel and said im cheching to see if my room is ready i haven't seen a message yet. They express theycwere sorry that tge staff changed and it wasn't communicated to them. 4 hours of having to find something to do and waiting was BS.

We booked this hotel as we had a good stay the year prior. But this year’s experience ended up being not so great. First, when we checked in we were placed in a accessible room, the beds were low to the ground and on a cot like bed frame, the mattresses were that of a sleeper sofa, thin and uncomfortable. When going to the front desk to ass for a different room, the one we booked almost a year prior, we were told this was the only room they had and because we were the last to check in that’s why we got the room. We were told there was nothing she could do to help me, and that she couldn’t even look to see if they could switch us the next day. So we contacted Expedia and they handled getting our room swapped the next day which was another hassle. We couldn’t unpack because at some point the next day we would be moved. We talked to front desk the next morning they told us they would call when a room was ready. We needed up leaving the property for a while as we didn’t want to just waste a day waiting for a call. We finally got a call some time around 12, told them we would be back shortly. When we came back we were placed in a new room on a low floor with a obstructed view. We just accepted it and didn’t want to complain, but it was not as nice as the year before. We also were not told that in order to get housekeeping we needed to ask daily. We had to call multiple times, for toilet paper, tissues, towels, a sheet for the fold out couch. Overall not a good experience.

A concierge would have been helpful. Someone who knows the area and can point out options based on what we were interested in. When we asked at the front desk just gave us two booklets.

The staff were amazing, we only had one issues and it was taken care of promptly and we weren't made to feel like a burden. The building was very nice and had quite a few things to do. If i had one thing to point out it would be that it would be nice if the breakfast could have a bit more variety. The staff over the food was fantastic and made you feel welcome, especially Ms.Rose.
