The hotel was very dirty. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana on our floor. The guests were very loud until early in the morning. There was no breakfast served.

Whole property was terrible, dirty and stinky!! The staff were awful as well. The carpet in the room and halls were disgusting! If housekeeping had clean the bathroom in the last couple weeks I would be shocked!! Don’t waste your money sleep in your vehicle!

I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I was not able to get the king room i had paid for. I was forced to take a double with no reimbursement for the lesser room. The front desk person told me I could get a king room for my 2nd night, which was not true. The room was filthy with stained carpet, mold and visible dirt and hair in the bathroom. The pool was closed, the breakfast area was closed, the front desk person on the 2nd day wanted to upcharge me for the room I had prepaid for so I stayed in the room with a warning bell everytime someone used the elevator, ALL NIGHT LONG.

The check-in was horrible. They canceled the reservation that I made to Travelocity so that they can charge a higher rate. I had booked three days would only stay one after seeing how filthy the rooms were. They would not give me refund for the two days that I was not even there. The entire place was disgusting. The management is awful. So I ended up paying $360 for one night in a disgusting room. I will never booked through Travelocity or quality Inn again.

Room was in back corner away from all the rest of the rooms. Bathroom was way to small. Sink and mirror was in main room. No guess chair. All this on top of the room had a stale odor. No night shift at main desk.

The pool was disgusting! The exhaust fans in the bathroom were loud and one didn’t work at all. The breakfast was terrible.
