Very Nice Relaxing Stay

Awesome week escape, loved almost everything about the stay, only negative is the resort shows a gym , unfortunately its only for owners which should be stated. 1st pot of coffee would had been nice, but that was a minor inconvenience. The view, the pools & the hottest hot tub I ever experienced along with a clean condo on the end was bliss !

Last minute stay

Condo is clean with bare essentials. You have a beautiful ocean view and access to pools and hot tubs. Beware, management team uses a fraud prevention software. They ask for copy of license, credit card and selfie holding credit card. Then you get another email asking for more info - photo of your signature on paper matching your card and another selfie holding both license and credit card. This was too much for me. I'll skip this condo in the future.

Perfect size condo

The condo was the perfect size for a person of one or it can accommodate a party of six. It was a great location close to Barefoot Landing where you have a choice of restaurants and shopping. The view from my condo was great, a view of the ocean and the pools on the premises. Plan on a visit there again next year.

North Myrtle getaway

Great condo, oceanfront, location was perfect right across from Barefoot Landing. The place was very clean and had all the amenities in the condo you would need! I will definitely book this place again!

Short little relaxing trip

This is a good balance close enough to the bustle of myrtle Beach, and far away enough for a peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of parking and a nice beach and pool area.

Beach Cove

Excellent area to stay with easy access to many restaurants and activities. Took some great walks in the neighborhood area as well as the beach. Was pretty quiet this time of year but perfect weather. Pool area was convenient and laid out very nicely with multiple pool options. One of the towers was being renovated, with scaffolding along the entire beach side so I’m glad we didn’t have a unit there. Lot of noise during the day but I imagine that will be completed in near future.

Upon check in we had yo wait and text for our pass code. The elevator was being replaced in both towers. So one elevator for everyone to use in rach tower. The lazy river, indoor pool and another pool area were closed due to repair. Workers carrying wood and tools through the pool area.starting at 8 am loud drilling etc. The beds were comfy....the couch and chair were extremely uncomfortable...my back hurt so badly after 2 days. I loved the area in North myrtle but i will not stay at the beach cove again. We had a nice vacation but we were not at the condo very much...due to noise and uncomfortable furniture. Disappointed

Great place but problematic

The condo is a nice place, in a great location, very clean, but we had some issues the moment we arrived: the heater was not working and the room was at 62 degrees. We contacted maintenance, and while they could not give us an ETA, they did fix it within two hours - which allowed us time to meet the bartender in the bar downstairs! The following day we noticed the pans and plates were dirty, the TVs did not work with the remotes provided, the shower was either extremely hot or scalding hot - your choice, but it could not be cooled down. Very few drinking glasses - none really if you want to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Limited silverware and no dishwasher. I managed to get the TVs working by pulling one off the mount and manually manipulating the controls. The bedroom TV worked with the remote after resetting with the manual controls. On the plus side, maintenance was responsive and probably has many units they were dealing with. The place is nice for two people, and is in a great location.

Property for a resort was terrible. Said heated pools outside not heated at all indoor pool was empty. One elevator was down entire time leaving just one working for 14 floors at times waited 20-30 minutes to even get on a elevator. Will never go back to Beach Cove again and certainly will not recommend

Week Get away with my daughter

Looked for a reasonably priced quick get away. Condo was clean but had issues with bedroom television always turning off. Not the most up to date condo but was clean. Looking at Big Fish Rental rules, there are many fees if you don’t follow their instructions. Nice get away.

Very nice for a quick get away

This was clean, and quiet, and worked out well for a short little trip to the beach. I never had an issue finding parking when coming in for the night. It was a quick easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Nice view of the pool area, and beach. Easy access to the beach as well.

Beware of the host, Julie! She treated us like trash!

This is a long review. I hope you take the time to read before you book this property. The property itself was amazing! The condo was clean, and had the basics. The location was very nice, as well as the pools. We were enjoying our stay so much that we asked Julie to add an extra night to our stay. She sent me a link from her rental agency for the extra night, and we proceeded to book it. I asked her a few questions throughout the day and she never responded which struck me odd. On our last day the maids showed up to clean and I told them that I had booked and paid for another night. So the maids apologize and move on. Then I start getting messages from the rental company “big fish rentals” telling us to leave right now. They kept on and on and finally called me. The lady on the phone was so kind and looked into our problem. Then JULIE called. Oh my gosh was she mean. She started cussing me out, yelling over the phone, acting completely insane. She threatened to come to our room with the cops if we weren’t out in 5 minutes. I kindly tried to tell her that she sent me the link to book an extra night but she just kept yelling to get out. It was so scary and crazy. I had my elderly mother with me, and my two small children who were sleeping. She told me, “wake those kids up and get your a** out of there”. I started sending her screenshots of our conversation of booking the extra night and emails. She immediately knew she had made a mistake and never apologized. Disgusting

Great location! Family oriented.

Great stay....great time.

There have been a lot of updates to the resort. It's looking good and the staff was very welcoming and nice as normal. We rented from Julie at Big Fish Rentals, as we have a few times before. The unit was nice and was as advertised. Her staff admin checked on us after our first night and wished us safe travels after our checkout. The entire process from booking to checkout was easy. We'll be booking our next trip soon.
