The room was spacious, and clean. However, the room air conditioner was noisy when the compressor turned on. An indicator of a loose compressor or one needing replacement. Additionally, I suspect the unit for cooling the common areas at hotel was above nearby to the room. All night, I heard an annoying humming from the unit. Perhaps an unbalanced fan blade. Thus, I was not able to get a restful sleep. I would recommend not renting the room untill issues are fixed. Were it not for those two issues, I would rate it excellent and state it is perhaps the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed at. The last question of the review is ludicrous and should not be a part of the review.

Really liked newer policy that room does not require maid service daily but only on request. We were able to relax and enjoy getting some much needed rest. Requests and questions were attended to with pleasant attitudes and responses by staff
