The place was very clean and the people were helpful. The breakfast cook was superb! She paid attention to her guests and was very helpful!

This was by far the worse conditions I have experienced in my travels to the beach. The room was musty, with damaged walls in the hallway and plastic bags stuffed in a hole under the sink. The room was overkilled with air freshner to mask the smell resulting in uncomfortable breathing conditions. We were in our third day without a change of towels or bedding and upon confronting the front desk was told they were not doing this because of the pandemic in which we should have been informed of that at check in. Employees sat at the main entrance to the hotel on the side walk smoking everytime we came up. No employee was properly attired to identify them as employees, front desk ripped jeans and no name tag. I reiterate this was the worse accommodations I have ever had at a resort. Never staying with Baymont again.

Customer service was awesome. Really loved the guy wprking at the desk when i checked in! Room was okay. Pet friendly, which we needed just coming thru for one night to see a concert, but wpuldnt really want to stay longer. No water pressure, and i definitely would not walk barefoot on the carpet! But for a quick, one night stay close to the House of Blues, this was alright.

Really enjoyed the check in staff. From my comments in making my reservation we were booked in a handicap room. Room location was perfect for my husband! We were greeted with a bag containing water and a snack upon arrival. Very pleasant and very accommodating!

Location was quiet but still close to stuff. The rooms were plain Jane but clean. The staff was friendly. Hotel didn't have elevator but that was ok for us.
