Really enjoyed the check in staff. From my comments in making my reservation we were booked in a handicap room. Room location was perfect for my husband! We were greeted with a bag containing water and a snack upon arrival. Very pleasant and very accommodating!

Location was quiet but still close to stuff. The rooms were plain Jane but clean. The staff was friendly. Hotel didn't have elevator but that was ok for us.

Although it was supposed to be non smoking the room smelled like stale cigarett smoke. The mattress was stained and dirty .The carpets were not clean . i wouldnt stay thrte again

Yuck

Pros: Not much, just that they allowed us to leave our small camper for a few hours after checkout.
Cons: Tons. It needs cleaned and maintained. The manager tried to be helpful, but the rest of the staff we encountered were rude and completely unconcerned.
Location: North Myrtle Beach, we went to Cherry Grove Beach, which was fantastic! Busy but not super crowded like Myrtle Beach. Clean.
The room we reserved was dirty, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and bits and pieces of stuff on the bedroom floor. It was just grungy, even the floor in the main hallway hadn't been vacuumed. Our TV was cracked, the bathroom door didn't shut and the entrance door wasn't a tight close. There was a hole in the wall that had a crappy patch trying to cover it. We told staff, they said they couldn't clean it, it would have to wait for second shift. When we came back later, it had been cleaned properly, but the TV that we had been told maintenance would replace was still there. After complaining, yet again, we were given a different room. It was fairly clean, but kinda smelly and a plug in was broken. The most I can say for the place, was at least they let us leave our camper there for a few hours after we checked out so we didn't have to try to find a big enough parking space.

Terrible Customer Service

Location: Close to beach.
I showed up at 3:00 check in and a lady was watching TV. She turned to me and asked if I was there to check in. I said yes, so she gets up to come back behind the desk. All while she is on the phone placing her food order for Outback Steakhouse. She never bothered to hang up and tend to the customer that was standing in front of her. ??? Hang up and do your job. You can call when nobody is trying to check in. Bathrooms looked terrible. The shower had seen better days for sure. The beds were comfortable enough for the price.
