"Room very Clean. The door lock was missing on arrival but team sent someone very quickly to install a new one. Rooms very old and smell a bit musty. "

"Property is great. Building, was good. Beach access and staff at the beach were great. In-fact the staff at the beach were the best part of the staffing experience at this hotel. Front desk was not friendly, restaurant were ok, bar tender was very good. Room was quite tired and the plumbing was very poor. Shower flooded, water pressure in the sinks were terrible. It all needs maintenance badly. Mattress was good. Pricing for a coffee at the coffee shop was crazy expensive and the staff there had huge attitude problems. Restaurant pricing, which is right beside the coffee shop was fine. Staff in the restaurant were quite good and friendly. Pool area was good, roof pool was good, beach was great. I'm trying to like this place. It had a lot going for it but it's weakest link was most of the staff and the plumbing."

"By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in 50 roadside motels in orlando that were in better shape and cleaner than this . When we arrived my mom needed a restroom after a long drive . Girl at check in said the bathrooms in lobby were not working and she had to wait in line till checked in to go up to her room. ( literally they could care less) Literal black mold on shower ceiling, window blind broke and stuck in up position: no curtains to block sunlight, room only had two towels for three people ( no hand towels or mat to step on after showering . Only one of four lights working in bathroom, walls filthy, pool light laying in bottom of pool still wired in . In the hallways you can see water stains and the ceiling dropping from holding water. "
