Location is great. There is about 7 minute walk to Nishi Shinjuku station and all the dinner places north east side. Two supermarkets and many convenience stores nearby with 7/11 just down the basement. Services are great. Room cleaning is great. Breakfast is great but gettin repetitive after a few days. Wish they change up the items a little bit. Overall 5/5 "
