Book a hotel near Mistwood Golf Club, Romeoville

"We had two rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but they had one of the adjoining rooms rented out, which did not make sense to me. If you only have one set of adjoining rooms you should not rent that room out unless it’s the last room which shifts I think you should have your employee shift change at 2 o’clock instead of 3:00 we got there at check-in time and our room was not ready because they were changing shifts. The towels were hard to come by. We had four people in each room and only two towels per room we had to ask for more towels both days. There was mold around the bar in the shower and the plug in our tub would not close. "

"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"

"Heat in room did not work right "

"Room had mold all over the tub, the bathroom was all dusty. A sofa chair was horribly stained everywhere, the carpet had pieces missing and to top it off when we woke up kids could not use the pool a whole day. I reached out before our stay to make sure pool was available because that’s all my boys wanted to do was swim. I will not be staying here again, they moved us to another room and it wasn’t any better. "

"Air conditioning was on and ready because it was kind of hot outside, thank you for that. Love that steam room second time getting that room. Whirlpool was excellent and a nice size."
