I stayed there years ago it was clean and beautiful! I came in town for a wedding I stayed there for 5 nights ! It was dirty the tv worked half the time and the worst part the room smelled like gross food we never brought food in and the smell never left I could smell it in my hair! There were hands prints all over the windows and walls in the bathroom! It was gross to have to get ready there and put on an elegant dress ! I probably would’ve left but when I booked through Travelocity it took my money right away so the room was already paid for !

It is a nice hotel the room was comfortable and the view was very nice from the 7th floor. Additionally it seemed very clean and well kept. The only thing that wasnt perfect was the size of the bathroom. A very thick heavy door with low ceiling and small so the steam from the hot wayer was trapped and got pretty humid and hard to breate relatively quickly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish there were a little more amenities available. Possibly a microwave for the room.

Everything was fine upon check in, staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, once I went up to my room I noticed a problem, the room wasn't clean. I don't mean up to some impossible standards either, I mean the bed wasn't made and there were towels all over the place like someone had JUST used the shower and left, which is odd since I checked in at around 1:00am. I went back down to the front desk and he apologized sincerely and gave me another room with no questions asked. This room was much nicer and actually looked alright but upon the slightest inspection, it really wasn't stellar. The glass next to the sink, which was upside down as if it was clean, had toothpaste all over the inside of it, probably from someone using it, and the floor had...toenails all over it....Regardless of both of these things, I accepted the room because it was 1:00am and I was tired. The bed, toilet, and shower were all clean and good enough for me, so I decided I would just leave an honest review later. It's not a bad hotel, but its certainly not worth $100 a night for the experience I had. I've had better and cleaner stays at Sleep Inns for a fraction of the cost, and in the age of Covid, a clean stay is kind of important. I don't mean to write a whole book about my stay but I feel it's important you know what you're paying for and using your hard earned money for. My advice: As soon as you check in, ask for fresh linens and ask them to clean, everything, in front of you.
